Acceptance
By accessing Franzen Mart, you agree to these terms and to comply with applicable courier partner policies.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account security, accurate shipment information, and sufficient wallet balance for prepaid services.
Courier services
Delivery timelines, rates, and serviceability are determined by third-party couriers. We facilitate booking and tracking but are not liable for delays, loss, or damage except as required by law.
Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for illegal goods, fraudulent shipments, or activities that violate courier terms. We may suspend accounts for violations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for platform use in the preceding three months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
